Opening of the Adriatic Mediterranean Festival

On Saturday 25 August, the opening of the Adriatic Mediterranean Festival took place in Ancona at the seat of the AII Permanent Secretariat.

The international Festival will see the participation of prominent personalities, authors, artists, music bands coming from the 8 countries of the Adriatic Ionian Initiative and from other Mediterranean countries, performing in more than 200 events.

During the opening ceremony the Venetian philosopher Massimo Cacciari received the Adriatic-Mediterranea Prize by the hands of Secretary General Pigliapoco and the Mayor of Ancona.
