Registrations are now open for the Interreg Italy–Croatia Annual Event 2026, titled “Youth4Sea – Ideas for the Future of Italy–Croatia Cooperation”, which will take place on 25 May 2026 at the Mole Vanvitelliana in Ancona.

 The event will bring together students, youth networks, project representatives, institutions, and Programme authorities with the aim of strengthening youth engagement in cross-border cooperation and fostering dialogue on future perspectives for the Programme.

Designed as a one-day interactive platform, the event will:

  • promote awareness of Interreg and the opportunities offered by EU Cohesion Policy;
  • showcase existing approaches to youth involvement developed within the Programme and its projects;
  • encourage exchanges on how to ensure meaningful participation of young people in the post-2027 programming period;
  • explore synergies with other EU programmes and cooperation frameworks.

A key highlight of the event will be the preview launch of the Interreg Italy–Croatia Programme 4th Call for Proposals, offering a first look at upcoming funding opportunities.

To ensure broader participation, the registration deadline has been extended to 15 May 2026. Participants are kindly invited to complete the registration form via the official event page.

The event represents an important opportunity to engage the next generation in shaping the future of Italy–Croatia cross-border cooperation, contributing to a more inclusive and forward-looking regional dialogue.
